- UNBOXING VIDEO: Complete video recording of package opening from delivery to product inspection
- Product photos: Clear images of the defective/incorrect product showing the issue
- Packaging photos: Images of outer shipping box and inner packaging
- Order confirmation and delivery receipt
- Detailed description of the specific issue or defect
📹 MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENTS:
- Start recording BEFORE opening the delivered package
- Show the outer packaging and shipping labels clearly
- Record the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
- Focus on product condition and any visible defects
- Include audio commentary describing what you observe
- Video duration: Minimum 2 minutes, maximum 5 minutes
- File format: MP4, MOV, or AVI (max 50MB)
CRITICAL: Claims for damaged products will NOT be processed without a complete unboxing video.
Step 3: Return Authorization
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours
- If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number
- No returns accepted without prior authorization

- Pack products in original packaging
- Include Return Authorization Number
